In the role of Education Relationships & Growth Manager, Kym is responsible for building strong, trusted partnerships with schools and identifying opportunities that support long-term success. By working alongside Business Managers, Principals and Boards, Kym helps reduce operational pressure, improve efficiency and ensure schools can focus on what matters most — their people and their communities.

Known for a relationship-first approach, Kym takes the time to understand each school’s unique environment and challenges, ensuring every solution is practical, relevant and delivers meaningful outcomes. With a strong focus on collaboration and communication, Kym connects schools with the right expertise at the right time, creating a seamless experience from first conversation through to delivery.
