Bec brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate events industry, backed by postgraduate qualifications in Events Management, Business, and Bookkeeping. She is passionate about creating opportunities for growth and connection, combining strategic insight with a hands-on approach to ensure every project delivers to target and has a meaningful and lasting impact.

As a Business Success Coordinator, she works closely with clients to build strong partnerships, coordinate professional learning events, and drive business success in the education space. Her expertise in stakeholder engagement, meticulous planning, and business development makes her a great fit to the Cole team.

Outside of work, Bec enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with her children, and indulging in great coffee, food, wine, and gin (though not all at once).
