She holds a Diploma of Payroll Management and a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management). Her strengths include driving operational efficiency, ensuring legislative compliance, resolving complex client issues, and leading high-performing teams.
Outside of work, Sharon loves going to the football, spending time with family and friends, and taking her dog Lainey for walks.
