Steph is a payroll professional with nearly 25 years’ experience across Education, Not-for-Profit and Government, so she’s seen just about every payroll question, curveball and “how on earth did that happen?” along the way.

She’s a hands-on, practical problem solver who enjoys getting stuck into the detail, figuring out what’s gone wrong and finding a solution that actually works. Whether it’s payroll, compliance, employee entitlements or one of those tricky payroll mysteries that refuses to solve itself, Steph is happiest when she can get to the bottom of it.

She brings a calm, reliable approach to her work and understands that payroll is about much more than numbers — it’s about people. She enjoys working with HR, Finance, IT, managers and external providers to make sure the people, processes and systems all work together.

Steph is also a big believer in getting things right without making them unnecessarily complicated.
