After shaping the success of four wildly different organisations (yes, she thrives on chaos), Wendy landed at Cole School Experts and instantly knew she’d found her people. A place where spreadsheets meet soul, and finance is fabulous.

Five and a half years, dozens of dance-worthy milestones, and countless amazing school partnerships later — she went all in and bought the company.

Now, as our fearless Managing Director, she leads an awesome team of accounting, finance and payroll legends who live and breathe independent schools across Australia and New Zealand.

She believes trust is everything, kindness is a KPI, and that greatness looks like working for 100 schools at any given time and a whole lot of joy. Oh, and “Trust in our Awesomeness”? That’s literally on the wall. Because we mean it.
