We met Simon Jones, Managing Director and Co-Founder, at CHALK Systems a few weeks ago. CHALK is an Australian business that automates the hundreds of routine administrative tasks that are required to keep your school running. Their system already delivers all of schools’ Policy and HR Management processes, and they plan to automate every internal administration process by June next year. They use a straight forward and non-technical approach to digitising processes, allowing your leaders and administrators to configure and run the system.
Simon described CHALK as a platform that uses your school’s operations manual to automate staff admin tasks and ensure compliance against school policies. Transparent real-time reporting allows staff to see their own information, and gives management access to key data at either the person or process level to inform their decisions.
